- Perfecting the excellence financial service to students, suppliers and staff within the prescribed period.
- Completed the payment of scholarship / loan / aid / charity / refund within 14 working days after receipt of complete documents.
- Improving provider payment within 14 days from the date of billing and payment document received.
- Displays price payment notice within 14 working days after the closing quotation / tender.
- Displays notice of the official decision for quotation / tender within three (3) months after the closing date of the quotation / tender
- Verify the receiving of complaints and suggestions or questions relating to the financial services of the University in the last 24 hours.
- Handling complaints, suggestions or inquiries regarding the University financial services shall not exceed five (5) working days.
