  3. Completed the payment of scholarship / loan / aid / charity / refund within 14 working days after receipt of complete documents.
  4. Improving provider payment within 14 days from the date of billing and payment document received.
  5. Displays price payment notice within 14 working days after the closing quotation / tender.
  6. Displays notice of the official decision for quotation / tender within three (3) months after the closing date of the quotation / tender
  7. Verify the receiving of complaints and suggestions or questions relating to the financial services of the University in the last 24 hours.
  8. Handling complaints, suggestions or inquiries regarding the University financial services shall not exceed five (5) working days.
