A :  Effective from 1st June 2014, we have introduced cashless transactions whereby we no longer accept cash at our counter.
     All payment transactions can be made through Bank Islam ATM Machine, EPF, Bank Islam i-Tap, Debit Card / Credi Card,
    
Maybank ATM Machine, M2U Maybank and E-PosTerminal. Click here for details.

A : The student account's being suspended due to penalty on outstanding student fees. Once the students make full payment, the system will
      automatically activate the student account. 


A: There are many channels for making payment. Get the brochure here. Postgraduate students are not
      bound to use only one method of payment due to the different periods of study from the undergraduate
      students.

Any payments made through online transactions will be updated in one (1) working day after the student makes the transaction. If the payment

A: The guideline for cashless transactions can be found on the Bursary Portal, from flyers at Students Financial Unit counter and also at the
   Campus ATM. 


A: Any payments paid to students will be given notification via email. Students who do not receive any notification can make inquiries via email
    to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.u.my or call directly to our hotline at 09-5492054. All students are required to update their bank account number to expedite
    the refund process


A: Receipt in the e-Comm is as good as the official receipt issued at our Payment Counter. Students can print an official receipt from student
    e-Comm. For any inquiries, kindly contact our office at 09-5492042/2072/2054.


A: Eligibility for refund is subject to terms and conditions. Registration fees will not be refunded. 

  1.  Withdraw within 14 days from the registration date
    Refundable except registration fees and hostel fees (please refer to the Student Fees Regulation) 
  1. Withdraw after 14 days from the registration date
    Not entitled for any refund
