  2. Perfecting the excellence financial service to students, suppliers and staff within the prescribed period.
  3. Completing the payments of scholarship / loan / aid / charity / refund within 14 working days after receiving complete documents.
  4. Improving provider payment within 14 days from the date of billing and payment document received.
  5. Displaying price payment notice within 14 working days after the closing quotation / tender.
  6. Displaying notice of the official decision for quotation / tender within three (3) months after the closing date of the quotation / tender
  7. Verifying the complaints received including suggestions or questions relating to the University financial services within 24 hours.
  8. Handling complaints, suggestions or inquiries regarding the University financial services shall not exceed five (5) working days.
