- Perfecting the excellence financial service to students, suppliers and staff within the prescribed period.
- Completing the payments of scholarship / loan / aid / charity / refund within 14 working days after receiving complete documents.
- Improving provider payment within 14 days from the date of billing and payment document received.
- Displaying price payment notice within 14 working days after the closing quotation / tender.
- Displaying notice of the official decision for quotation / tender within three (3) months after the closing date of the quotation / tender
- Verifying the complaints received including suggestions or questions relating to the University financial services within 24 hours.
- Handling complaints, suggestions or inquiries regarding the University financial services shall not exceed five (5) working days.
