Client Charter

We promise to provide quality services as follows:


1. Provide financial services professionally in a conducive and customer-friendly environment.

2. Provide excellent financial services to students, suppliers and staff within the specified period.

3. Complete the scholarship / loan / aid / student zakat / refund payment within 14 working days after the complete documents are received.

4. Complete supplier payment within 14 days after the complete payment documents are received.

5. Display price payment notice within 14 working days after the quote / tender closing date.

6. Display the official quotation / tender result notice within three (3) months after the quotation / tender closing date

7. Confirm received of complaints and suggestions or inquiries related to the University's financial services within 24 hours.

8. Dealing with complaints, suggestions or inquiries related to the University's financial services does not exceed five (5) working days.
